Fabric organic coating can obtain good gloss, texture and surface properties, and greatly shorten the time required for the coating temperature.The carbon fiber infrared heating tube has low infrared radiation heat inertia, short response time to start and stop heating, easy to control, and suitable for continuous production.Infrared radiant heating has the characteristics of cleanliness, hygiene, environmental protection, energy saving, and small footprint.Experiments have proved that under the same conditions, the conventional dyeing process takes 45 minutes, while the far infrared dyeing takes only 35 minutes.The dye uptake rate at 45 minutes of far-infrared dyeing time is nearly 12% higher than that of conventional dyeing.
